My mission as a wellness coach and trainer is to help you fall back in love with yourself. I will guide you on your fitness journey, and in doing so I will inspire you to achieve more than you thought was possible. I want each and every one of my clients to refuse the ordinary, and rather to excel in all areas of their lives. My focus for my clients is to provide them with a platform to experience whole health, wellness at every level.
“You are what you eat”
Both quality and quantity mater when it comes to our health. Most of us over estimate our activity level and underestimate our caloric intake. This combination in addition to poor quality food can lead to an array of health concerns. Focus more attention on eating things that ARE ingredients (apples, broccoli, chicken, rice, etc...) not that HAVE ingredients. (cookies, pizza, pastas, tv dinners, etc...)
“What gets measured gets managed” So often, we throw our hands up and blame our genetics or busy schedules for why we don’t have the body and energy we want. Think about a professional athlete, they track every single stat so they know where they can improve. If you don’t track what you eat and drink it’s so easy to consume too many calories and not even know it.
